Katie completed her undergraduate degree at NC State University and went on to earn her master’s and doctoral degrees in audiology from the University of Tennessee. During her graduate studies, she was involved in research projects focused on the benefits of hearing aids and patient outcomes, which deepened her commitment to evidence-based, individualized care. She particularly enjoys working with hearing aid patients and helping them find solutions that improve their daily lives. Her approach is centered on listening to each patient’s unique concerns and goals and providing support every step of the way.
