Kayla earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2020 and her Bachelor of Artsin Communication Sciences and Disorders from Thiel College in 2016. Kayla is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. She also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence for Audiologists (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA). In her free time, Kayla enjoys traveling, relaxing on the beach, reading and cooking.
